Varieties

What kind of treatment did the treated seeds receive?

Our SESVanderHave treated seeds for Danmark and Sweden have been treated with FORCE 20 CS, Vibrance and Tachigaren. These products have been added to the coating of the sugar beet seeds. Treatment has been made according to the Danish / Swedish legislation at the time of production.

Can I order SESVanderHave sugar beet varieties that are commercialised in another country through this webshop?

You can only order the varieties that are available in this webshop. Please contact our customer service if the variety you’re looking for is not available in the webshop.

Orders

What happens when I confirm my order?

When you confirm your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation, with the information of your order.
Your order will be taken into account, within the limits of the available stock. If there is not enough stock available, then you will be contacted by our customer service. Otherwise, you can consider your order accepted.

Payment

From which kind of discounts can I benefit?

There are two types of discount that you can benefit from:

1. Quantity discount

This discounts applies to the whole order.

– As of 20 units you receive 1% discount.
– As of 50 units you receive 2% discount.
– As of 100 units you receive 3% discount.

2. Pick-up discount

When you pick up your order at the local SV warehouse, you can benefit from an additional 1% discount on your order.

Are the discounts cumulable?

Yes, you can combine the quantity discount and the pick-up discount for your order.

What type of payments are accepted?

Payments happen by invoice. You will receive your invoice per e-mail.
Payment has to happen before 15 July 2021.
In case of late payment an interest fee will be applied of 2% per month.

Pick-up / delivery

Where can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at your local SV warehouse.
Address of the local SV warehouse in Danmark / Sweden.

How are my sugar beet seeds delivered?

Your sugar beet seeds will be delivered by a local distributor. The distributor will contact you to confirm when the goods will be delivered.

When can I expect my ordered seeds?

Your seeds first need to be processed and treated with the right products. We expect the seeds to be delivered before spring, usually at the end of February.
If you have chosen to have your seeds delivered by the local distributor, they will contact you to confirm the exact delivery time.
If you have chosen for a pick-up at the SV warehouse, our client service will confirm when the goods are ready for pick-up.

Can I have my seeds delivered in another country?

No, the seeds from the Danish / Swedish webshop can only be delivered or picked up in Danmark / Sweden.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you want to change your delivery address and you haven’t received a delivery confirmation yet, then please contact our client service.
If you have already received a delivery confirmation from the local distributor, then please contact the local distributor directly.
